Answer Some Yoga Questions

What does my yoga class look like?

Kids walk into my yoga classes excited and know the routine. We always start with sharing about our day ( specifically feelings expressed). we continue with a breath technique ( a new one each time ), to get them centered and grounded, and we get into yoga posses, yoga games and a variety of yoga related activities. The best part of the class is the meditation and believe it or not , they can’t wait for that. We end up with 3-5 minutes guided meditation, followed by expressing our gratitude and love. Namaste
